The Saturday recipe and food supplement from the UK's Guardian newspaper is bloody awesome! Each week, there's recipes from Yotam Ottolenghi, Thomasina Miers, Meera Sodha and Felicity Cloake's timeless "How to Make the Perfect... " column. Whilst you can read most of these on The Guardian's website, sometimes, using the magazine instead of a laptop or phone is less messy (mainly as the magazine won't switch off halfway through).
But, #firstworldproblem alert: how to find the recipe?! Unless you have a flawless memory, it's tough to remember which issue a recipe was in. I made an index of the issues I own. If you'd like to contribute, give me a shout.
